Order terms

• Prices are shown in CFA francs (FCFA), all taxes included. Euro and dollar equivalents are given for information only.
• Some items (e.g. plantain chips) are priced on request: their price is confirmed before any validation.
• KFTM Green reserves the right to change its prices; the applicable price is the one confirmed when the order is validated.

• The website cart generates a summary WhatsApp message (products, pack sizes, quantities, delivery details).
• The order only becomes firm once availability and terms have been confirmed by a member of the KFTM Green team.
• Usual reply time: 24 to 48 working hours.

Payment is made on delivery, by Mobile Money or by bank transfer, according to the terms communicated when the order is confirmed. No payment is collected online on this website.

• Home delivery in Kribi and, on a quote basis, in other Cameroonian cities.
• Pick-up is possible at the KFTM Green office in Kribi.
• Delivery costs and lead times are confirmed before dispatch; no shipment takes place without the customer's prior agreement.

As our products are foodstuffs, they are neither taken back nor exchanged after delivery, except where non-conformity is noted on reception. Any complaint must reach us within 48 hours of reception, at kftmgreensarl@gmail.com or on +237 656 93 82 81, quoting the batch reference concerned.

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the competent courts of Kribi (Cameroon) shall have sole jurisdiction.
