Data collected
This website has no user accounts, no online payment and no advertising tracker. We only collect the data you send us voluntarily:
- through the cart order form: name (optional), city, neighbourhood, delivery method and any additional details;
- through WhatsApp, phone or email: your contact details and the content of your exchanges with our teams.
Purposes of processing
- Processing and following up your orders and deliveries;
- Answering your requests for information or quotes;
- Improving our products and our customer service.
Orders through WhatsApp
Orders generated from the shop open a WhatsApp conversation. That conversation is hosted by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and subject to its own terms and privacy policy. KFTM Green uses the information exchanged only to process your order.
Retention and security
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and follow up the commercial relationship, then archived or deleted. We apply reasonable security measures to protect this information against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
Sharing with third parties
Your data is neither sold, nor rented, nor passed on to third parties for marketing purposes. It may only be shared with the service providers strictly necessary to deliver your order.
Your rights
In accordance with law no. 2010/012 of 21 December 2010 on cybersecurity and cybercrime in Cameroon and with the general principles of personal data protection, you have a right of access, rectification and deletion of the data concerning you.
